Our story
Before we managed homes, we owned them
CONEXXION was born out of firsthand experience. For more than fifteen years, we owned properties managed by other companies. We lived through the poor communication, the impersonal service, the delays, the lack of transparency, and promises that never turned into a real experience.
That's exactly where CONEXXION came from: the company we always wished we'd found to take care of our own properties. Today we manage every home the way we always wanted ours to be managed.
Every property has its own personality. Every owner has different priorities. That's why we don't work off a template: we get to know each owner, understand what they're after, and build management around their property, not a generic standard.

An owner of vacation homes in Florida for more than 10 years, he knows firsthand the challenges owners face and applies that experience to build management that is structured, transparent, and built for the long term.
